Am new to this site.
Day hiker from Massachusetts and going to Yosemite June 16 - 21.
Do u think the trail will be open by then?
At what point is it closed?
I did read about some suggested alternatives.

It's never "closed".
The cables stantions are removed which makes making it to the top much more dangerous.
