Through December 10th: Cleaning and placement of the high voltage line in the tunnel. Single lane traffic control 6PM to 6AM with up to 15 minute delays.

Crews are continuing to work on the Wawona Tunnel Ventilation system (No delays are anticipated, but there may be times with intermittent 5-minute delays). Work will continue thru April 2008.

Contractor will be working tonight Wed., Feb. 27. Between 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM, traffic delays up to 5-minute are possible.

The tunnel was open on 05/10 when we went on our Wapama Falls hike.
