Looking at the video, I don't know if in the long term using that backpack is better for the women's posture and spine than carrying water on their heads since at least in the video, when they carried the water on their heads, they were walking upright with very good posture.

With this particular backpack, the women are bent forward while they walk which really isn't that good for their spine and back.

The manufacturer of this backpack needs to go back to the drawing board and design a better backpack where most of the weight of the backpack is supported on the women's hips not their shoulders.
