A suspect has been arrested. The suspect is 81 from Santa Rosa, and a tip came from someone else who says she was a subject of a road rage incident last October and kept a license plate number. They found his '97 Toyota Avalon with damage to his right side mirror and undercarriage debris (i.e. grass) similar to something that would be picked up from a golf course.

Apparently his issue was that the cyclist was riding without his hands on his handlebars and he thought it was unacceptable. That was followed by a shouting match where he bumped him with his car followed by chasing him onto the golf course. He'll hopefully spend the rest of his miserable life in some Super Max. He could have killed him.
