Is it me or are the Park webcams not displaying the big picture?

Looks like they are back up, but you can always look at them directly at : http://www.yosemiteconservancy.org/webcams and http://pixelcaster.com/dnc-yosemite/badger.jpg
The conservancy hosts the webcams, and to my understanding, 'always' has, except the Badger Pass one.

The Happy Isles one shows a USGS logo in the corner. That one's not on the Conservancy webcams page, only on the NPS one.
