Remember that idiot who thought it would be fun to leave her mark on national parks around the West?


Well, we're not sure she got what was coming to her---but they did catch up with her and she is sentenced to 200 hours of community service, two years probation, and a clean-up fee yet to be determined at a later hearing.

From the article it sounds like the damage at Death Valley hasn't all been cleaned up yet, that sounds like a good place for the "community service".

In August of course.

No punishment will do any good if she doesn't realize that what she did was wrong. The last I heard, maybe she changed, she didn't see what she did as wrong.

I hope she changed. For the life of me I can't understand how an adult could think that it was alright to do that. I think she should be banned from parks unless she is doing clean up work under supervision.
