Wanted to see what folks do that have sleep apnea when backpacking. Do folks get the ultra portable CPAP machines, custom mouth appliances or just don't worry about it? So far I haven't worried about it but finding that just isn't cutting it anymore. Most of the time i'm backpacking with the Scouts so being tired isn't great leadership quality when responsible for a bunch of Scouts so really need to work on a solution.
Any feedback on what folks have found would be great.
