From reading the bill, it seems like he believes grazing and hunting should be allowed in the park. Also believes grazing should be managed by the NPS...

Classic bait and switch. Make the park smaller, call it a National Park, and make most of the current land available to mining interests...

I agree. Just trying to pull the wool over people's eyes while they exploit the rest of the area.
