Re: Chances of a firefall next week?

Weather might be promising as far as sunshine, but what about the fall? and the fire?

I plan to be there Feb. 22-23. Keep me posted, it's a long drive from here (San Diego) to there.

Vince: The "firefall" is present right now (see www.YosemiteBlog.com). As I understand it, it lasts for just a couple of weeks. Not sure when it started this year, but you may be too late.

Thanks, Jon. My "weekend" is Wednesday and Thursday each week so looks like I'm spending the night this week up north hunting firefall instead out east hunting geodes. If I miss the firefall...well, it's Yosemite, so it's kinda hard to really miss anything!
