Does anyone know approximately how long after Tioga Road opens the bus starts running? Thanks!

I thought it was usually around 3-4 weeks.

Really though - Delaware North starts running the bus when they feel it will be profitable. It's not that they want every ride to make money, but that they can justify it based on average potential ridership.
