Per the NPS Tioga and Glacier Point road plowing website it opened today.

I passed by there around 11:20 and it was not open yet.

It might have opened later..???

Got info from the above mentioned website and followed it up with a call to the Park's recorded road info number and it also listed it as open. This was about 1:30 p.m. today.
