.DISCUSSION...SOME CUMULUS CLOUDS ARE DEVELOPING OVER THE SIERRA
NEVADA EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...AND THERE ARE INDICATIONS OF ENOUGH
MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY FOR AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM OR TWO TO
DEVELOP. THUS WILL LEAVE THE SLIGHT CHANCE POPS IN PLACE FOR THE
SIERRA NEVADA THROUGH THIS EVENING. LITTLE CHANGE IN THE WEATHER
PATTERN IS SEEN FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS...WITH NO STRONG FEATURES
INFLUENCING THE WEATHER THROUGH SATURDAY. THIS WILL MEAN THE
CONTINUATION OF A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS EACH AFTERNOON
AND EVENING OVER THE SIERRA...ONLY SMALL FLUCTUATIONS IN
TEMPERATURES FROM DAY TO DAY AND NO STRONG WINDS.

MODELS IN GENERAL AGREEMENT ON DEVELOPING ANOTHER WEAK UPPER LOW
NEAR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SUNDAY/MONDAY WHICH IS EXPECTED TO BRING
ANOTHER SURGE OF MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY INTO THE SIERRA NEVADA.
HAVE INCREASED THE CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS SLIGHTLY OVER THE
SIERRA THROUGH THE FIRST HALF OF NEXT WEEK. TEMPERATURES SUNDAY
THROUGH THURSDAY WILL CONTINUE TO SHOW ONLY SMALL DAY TO DAY
CHANGES...REMAINING SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL.
