This little listening recording device, found behind a fence in Tuolumne Meadows by a employee fire pit, caused quite a stir among the employees. They thought NPS was eves dropping on them. They called the number and I guess the NPS female was quite rude to the employee when asked what it is for.

A tripod, ammo box, and solar panel and they consider this a "secret" device?
The devices I worry about are those they create from our DNA when we get haircuts (what do you THINK they do with all that hair They collect?).

The cure for a fallacious argument is a better argument, not the suppression of ideas.

There was one of these set up out on one of the islands at Happy Isles a couple of years ago.

Trails receive impact from hikers, horses, and motorized vehicles. Motorized recreation often causes the most overall damage to the backcountry.
