Every creature eats and eliminates, it's part of the way of life. But, of all the creatures on earth, it seems to be humans who are picky about when and where they go to leave their leavings [the author obviously doesn't have a cat], and humans who get sick if they aren't extremely careful with sanitation. Disease and death can result from lack of sanitation which humans have learned the old-fashioned way of trial and error. Now we know to be careful, but what about when in the woods? And what about when lots of people use those same woods and leave waste behind?

It is depressing to turn over three consectutive flat rocks near a stream and find toilet paper under them.
Of course there is always:

Plumbers first rule: "Shit runs downhill." All that high up crap ends up in the water lower down. Drink untreated water? I don't think so.

All seriousness aside I probably have to take my shoes off to count
how many times I've had to explain to people at work that it's not
a good idea to just leave TP behind. That it doesn't decompose
immediately on contact with water. yadda yadda yadda.

btw. I more enjoyed the "fire in a sequoia".
Other than that I give the lady 2 Chickon Boo / 5

Since this thread is already in the crapper...

I'm making a formal request. Since Bee gets a designation I want one too.
And in keeping with the thread... I want "Grand Pooba"

This problem may be man's signature contribution to the universe:

Space station toilet out of order as 13 astronauts told to ration relief breaks
By Daily Mail Reporter
When you are desperate for the toilet, the last thing you want to see is an 'out of service' sign... especially if you're 250miles above Earth.
The main toilet has broken down on the International Space Station, with a record 13 people aboard.
One of the pumps in the crew's main bathroom flooded, which is connected to the station's wastewater-recycling system...

All I can say is they should be happy my father-in-law isn't up there.

(I think the 13 on board would be taking him for a space walk... if you get my drift)
