Thanks FF...so I'm guessing mid August up around Murphy Creek with a 50 lb pack I'll need about 8 to 10 liters a day...am I close?

(in my experience... 4 litres a day is about what I use... by my best guesstimate)

Seems high, but if you end of perspiring enough to lose 5-6 liters, could be that you will need that much. Intake estimate probably also includes water associated with
food ingestion.
