is that road completed yet? (the one going into the valley). it's been a while since i've been there.

I assume you mean the section at the "Narrows". It is open but there's still some work being done:

There will be construction activity causing delays nightly except Sundays.

Mon – Thurs – 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Traffic control will be coordinated with the Valley Loop Road project.

Fri – Sat - 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Final paving is delayed until electrical repairs are completed.
