With this years snow fall what would be the earliest time that Red Peak Pass would be hike able without proper snow gear.

If you don't wanna touch any snow at all then that would not be until August.
Even mid July last year the east side still had substantial snow coverage.

July 18th, 2009: (a light snow year):



The west side was almost entirely free of snow at that time.
