A storm dropping south from the gulf of alaska will bring much
Cooler temperatures and periods of gusty winds to the central
California interior.
The storm will have two components. The first will arrive
Friday...Bringing a cold airmass to the region. San joaquin valley
Highs friday will only be in the 50s...10 degrees colder than
Thursday. Rain and mountain snow will move into merced and mariposa
Counties late thursday night...Then slowly move south during the

Saturday will be mostly dry...But the second component of the storm
