There's actually a whole industry around stuffed marmots. Here's a rather nice example. Not sure about how they were mounted and displayed. I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere.
The original request was for a whole frozen one, but that a skin attached to the skull would do.

There are also forms, which I suppose are for mounting the skins. The last one looks like it might have some sort of hormone imbalance.
