Tioga Road and Glacier Point Road reopened at 2pm this afternoon til, tenatively, Sunday afternoon.

The Glacier Point and Tioga Roads both temporarily re-opened today at 2:00pm! These roads will remain open until Sunday night (actual time pending). Dry weather and warmer temperatures have allowed us to intermittently open the roads. Keep in mind that roads within Yosemite can close at any time, without notice, due to winter weather. Be sure to check 209/372-0200 for current road information and be aware of icy spots throughout the park.

If it's open after Christmas, we might be taking a drive. Trying to scrape together some money for a winter trip. Anyone know the valley temps lately?

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. Calm wind becoming east northeast around 6 mph.
Thursday: A slight chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 46. Southeast wind at 5 mph becoming west. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 46. East northeast wind between 14 and 18 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.
