DNCP&R at Yosemite, Inc. is managing a CIF project to upgrade the El Portal service station to meet current regulatory standards. The project will commence March 26, 2012; with fencing and equipment staging on site as early as March 19. Construction activity is estimated to last up to 12-weeks or more and involves removal of existing equipment and the installation of new fuel tanks and a dispensing system.

Hmm...

I thought they had already installed the required double-walled fuel tanks at the El Portal gas station. I can see the need for updating the dispensing system though. The one it had was a bit outdated.
