Tulare county foothills-kern county mountains-
Sierra nevada from yosemite to kings canyon-
Tulare county mountains-indian wells valley-
Southeastern kern county desert-

...Wet weather on the way wednesday through thursday...

A pacific low pressure system will slowly move toward the west
Coast today as it splits into two separate features. On wednesday.
And wednesday night the southern part will move into and across
Southern california with the most concentrated precipitation falling
Over kern county and the southern sierra. By early thursday this low
Will move east into arizona.

Meanwhile, the northern weather system will move into and across
Northern california on thursday with areas from fresno northward
Receiving the more significant precipitation.

The combination of both weather disturbances will bring some
Light precipitation to the entire area, however a heavy rain and
Snow event is not anticipated. Expected rainfall amounts include
Up to one-quarter inch in the san joaquin valley to three-
Quarters of an inch or more in the sierra nevada and south facing
Slopes of the kern county mountains.

Snow levels with this spring storm will start out above 9000 feet
On wednesday afternoon and lower to around 6500 feet by thursday
