Headed down there next week and I was wondering if the drought has reduced the water flow so much that these falls are not waterwheeling but trickling.
Anyone know?

On July 1, there was basically no Waterwheel to speak of:
The waterwheel would normally be near the tree in the center of the picture.
Compare to roughly a year ago:
Yes, the Tuolumne is that dry--you could easily rock-hop across in Pate Valley and with care not even get your feet wet:
