The March 1 snow surveys have been completed. The Tuolumne drainage has 70% of average water content; the Merced drainage has 68% of average water content.

thumbs down even worse news over here on the east side...it is DRY. Here's hoping that the next storm surpasses expectations!

That's about what I thought, but I was hoping it would be better. It's gonna be a dry summer.
