The Yosemite Conservancy has just published a new Yosemite road guide to replace the venerable Yosemite Road Guide that was getting long in tooth.

The new book is called The Road Guide to Yosemite and it's written by longtime Yosemite ranger Bob Roney. Ranger Bob also supplies a lot of the book's color photographs. Yes that's right, unlike the previous editions of the Yosemite Road Guide, this book is in color with color photographs and color illustrations.

It's in the same form-factor as the Yosemite Conservancy's popular guidebook The Complete Guidebook to Yosemite National Park.

I bought a copy of the book on Saturday at the Yosemite Bookstore.
