I know he must be taking advantage of this shut down in Yosemite.
Must have gone in at some secret location and had the place all to himself.
I guess he probably won't tell either...

I have to confess...I spent three days with the bird on the first weekend that the park was closed...and have been having photo problems so no post has been yet posted, although I will as soon as I get the photo problem sorted out.
We drove through 120...not a lot of cars there....so drove all the way over to Lee Vining and around to Twin Lakes/Mono Village north of the park and hiked around there. I am not sure, but we may have accidentally stumbled into the northern edge of the park...but if so, we certainly didn't recreate!
Fear not, Chick-on is alive and well...and I will get a trip report posted!

I'm round.
Only did one trip during the shutdown... you can find some peekchures on Picasa if you wish.
Hasn't really stopped me. Other than would have tried Florence again if was open.
Now with it past Oct. 15th... it's moot point.
I guess they may be opening soon. Then back to the valley for fall and winter.
Don't get me started on the closure of Stanislaus... not open... while they rape the forest of trees.
