Re: Campsites that were held off the system because of flooding worries now are back on

Those nice sites in Lower Pines and North Pines that have been held off the reservation system were put back on this morning. Check out May and June. They didn't put these back on last year until May 1st.

Actually, only about half of the "flood sites" were made available. There are still 20+ sites that will become reservable. It could happen on the 15th of next month but more likely will be a "random" day like last year. Oddly, all the regular sites became available at exactly 7:00am (as usual) but the "flood sites" didn't show as "available" until a minute or so later. Glad I hung around and was able to score a week in mid June.
Yeah, I had my doubts! Spaces were X'd out until 7am. We got 6 sites familywise...
