Based on the NWS forecast for tonight and Monday above 6000 ft. calling for very heavy snow accumulation and strong gusting winds, and after discussing with YH, the Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area will remained closed tomorrow for safety considerations. It will be re-evaluated on Tuesday morning.

Due to the ongoing storm, road closures and tree hazards, the Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area will remain closed through Thursday 2/7. It will be re-evaluated Thursday for a possible Friday opening.

Due to impacts from the recent storm and the upcoming winter storm this weekend, the Yosemite Ski & Snowboard Area is going to remain closed through next week. Anticipated reopening date is Friday, February 15th (conditions permitting).
