General Discussion <HTML>You can drive to the east entrance. The gate is quite shut and there was still snow on the road last tuesday. They won't be letting cars past the gate until the road is entirely open unless there has been a big change in policy.</HTML>

Starting point was 28.2 miles from Crane Flat gate
Ending location was 28.3 miles from Crane Flat gate
The first segment of Tioga Road (Crane Flat Gate to Walker Party) is hoped to be opened to traffic by May 17th.</HTML>
