Hwy 140 environmental impact report
What the hell for? There's already a road (actually two) through there. One happens to be buried by a rockslide.
Why are the environmentalists insisting on making the road repair as difficult as possible? Only in California...
I find it interesting that the part of the road that bypasses the slide is actually the roadbed of the old Yosemite railroad that steamed its way to El Portal.
