I'm pretty sure of the answer to this question, but: With the high water levels in the Merced River, is there any chance that floating down the slower part of the river will be allowed next week (5/30 - 6/2)?
The water levels on the Merced might still be too high in mid-July this year. But kayaking is currently permitted in Tenaya Lake. There were already a number of kayakers last weekend (6/25-26) kayaking the waters of Tenaya Lake.
