Well I'll be damned! No wonder why it kept going! Large amount of people we're exiting early on the 3rd day of rain. Rafferty was almost empty! Smoke wise we didn't see much but folks coming from the Valley said the fires near tenaya were still going strong. The Cathedral one seemed tamed when we were there.
