There's another solution I like better; "California State Parks and Wildlife Conservation Trust Fund Act of 2010" Basically what that does is create a trust fund for the parks and takes them off of the state budget. The fund is created by an $18 fee on your car's license fee. For that $18 you get an annual pass that covers entrance fees to all state parks.

Could you please stop letting people post things that suggest something to the state legislature that might actually be a good idea or worse yet things that might actually work??
