Last Saturday (9/7) I searched Valley campsites for this weekend, and found someone had actually cancelled a site in North Pines, and booked it. As we know, the winds kicked up the Meadow Fire the next day. However, while air quality isn't great, and is sure to be a disappointment to anyone with a "once in a lifetime" trip planned now, it's improving.
