* impacts...Hikers and campers in the high country will be
Subjected to freezing temperatures...Gusty winds and snow and
Face the risk of hypothermia. Highway 120 through tioga pass may
Become slick and snow-covered.
* winds...Generally east 10 to 20 mph with local gusts to 30 mph
Over exposed ridges.
* temperatures...Mainly in the 30s with wind chill temperatures
