Boy I must have gotten lucky. Arrived at the TM wilderness center Friday morning at 630 am. There were cancellations for Sunrise TH so we got a permit the day of our hike! We overnight near the top of Clouds Rest, and my buddy got his sunrise and sunset photos, and boy was it worth it. Saw some grouse, and a HUGE 10 point male buck no more than 10 feet in front of us stuffing his face. We also wiby cantwait2getback - Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada. News & Discussion
